Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Present and pitch company services (AR, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Branding, etc.) to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM with accurate lead/client details.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, IT solutions, or AR technology (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Freshers: Base pay ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + incentives.
• Experienced (6 months – 2 years): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + performance-driven incentives.
