Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a critical role in lead generation, client engagement, and scheduling site visits. This position involves interacting with leads through calls, emails, and other communication platforms to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details.

Qualify leads and understand client requirements.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients.

Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Provide information regarding project features, pricing, location benefits, etc.

Send promotional emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up reminders to leads.

Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss project details with clients.
