Job Description
Property Sales: Actively market and sell residential or commercial properties to potential
buyers. This includes conducting property tours, presenting property features and benefits,
and negotiating sales terms and conditions.
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property
developers, investors, and buyers. Understand buyer’s needs, provide guidance, and offer
suitable property options to meet their requirements.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling,
networking, advertising, and online platforms. Follow up on leads promptly and qualify
potential buyers or investors.
Market Research: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and
competitors’ activities. Conduct research on the local property market to identify
opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales, including price, financing
options, and closing dates. Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to reach
mutually beneficial agreements.
Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, such as the
number of leads generated, conversions, and revenue. Identify areas for improvement and
implement strategies to increase sales effectiveness.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process,
addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to build trust and long-term relationships.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory
requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and
property details.
