Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across departments (sales, inventory, HR, operations, etc.).
Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support business performance reviews.
Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, macros, and dashboard tools.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Generate customized reports as per management or departmental requirements.
Identify trends, variances, and suggest actionable insights based on data analysis.
Maintain databases and perform periodic audits to ensure data integrity.
Support ERP/MIS software implementation and updates.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, Macros, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Commerce/Science/IT or any relevant field.
2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Analyst role, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG sector.
Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or equivalent) is desirable.
