Job Description
The Backend Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting backend operations, ensuring smooth data management, documentation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle backend operations including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and process adherence.
Maintain accurate reports, trackers, and MIS for management review.
Support telecom operations team with backend activities like order processing, documentation, and client records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analytics for internal stakeholders.
Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
