Telephonic Interviewer

Job Description

Conduction of telephonic interviews / Survey calling
Attend outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different campaigns
Build sustainable relationships and engage respondents by taking the extra mile
Collection of conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Eligibility Criteria: –

18-35 years of age

Graduate, Under graduation

Proficient/ Familiar in computer operation

Work Location :- Navi Mumbai  (On site)

Interview Address / Work location: –  Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra  

How to reach:-

Auto rikshaw from Reliance hospital. After joining there will be centralized pick up & drop service from Koperkhairane Railway station.            

Salary
Rs. 16,000/- to 18,000/- per month for fresher’s candidates
Rs. 18,000 to 22,500/- per month for candidates with 02-05 years of experience.

10:00 AM to 05:00 PM Monday to Saturday
