Hiring: BPO Sales Trainer
Location: Noida | Full-Time
Salary : Up to ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Sales Trainer in BPO
We’re looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Trainer to coach and upskill our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in voice sales processes and a passion for performance improvement.

Responsibilities:
Conduct sales & soft skills training for new hires and existing agents
Develop training content, scripts, and call guides
Monitor calls & give feedback for performance enhancement
Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Coordinate with TLs and QA for training needs

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in BPO sales training
Strong communication, motivation & floor management skills
Hands-on with live call audits, coaching & reporting
Experience in outbound voice process preferred
