Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions across multiple channels (calls, chat, etc.).
Deliver excellent service by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts to meet business requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
Freshers and candidates with experience are eligible
Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and 6-day working schedule

Working Conditions:
Shift: Rotational
Days: 6 days working, 1 day off per week
Selection Process: Easy and quick
Joining: Within 1 week of selection

Salary Details:
Freshers: ₹13,000 (In-hand)
Experienced: ₹15,500 (In-hand)
