Location – Rohini Sector 7, Nearby Rohini East Metro Station Delhi
Office Timing- 9:30AM To 6:30PM
Working Days- 5.5 Days (Alternative Saturdays are off)

We are seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or a fresher eager to start your career, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow in the recruitment industry.
Our primary focus is on IT recruitment (90%), but we are also open to professionals with experience in Non-IT recruitment (10%). If you have prior experience in IT hiring, it will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles.
 Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media.
 Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures.
 Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients.
 Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies.

What we’re looking for:
 3 months to 5 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred but not mandatory).
 Strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Experience in consultancy-based recruitment will be a plus.
 Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently and meet deadlines.
