📌 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide, and monitor a team of freelance recruiters
Handle own sourcing and hiring responsibilities alongside team coordination
Ensure the team meets defined hiring targets

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (in recruitment)
Mandatory BPO hiring experience (minimum 3 months)
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates
Strong leadership and communication skills
