Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
Manage operational tasks related to customer service
Ensure high-quality service delivery with strong logical reasoning and typing accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience (Mandatory)
Maximum Experience Allowed: 4 years
For B.Tech/BE candidates: Graduation score should not exceed 60%
EPFO Verification: Mandatory for background check
🧠 Assessment Criteria:
Typing Test: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Technical & Logical Reasoning Test: Minimum 80% score
NV Versant: Minimum score of 60
💼 Compensation:
CTC: ₹4,28,000 per annum
Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹27,300/- approx
MIV (Monthly Incentive Variable): ₹0 – ₹4,000
📌 Other Details:
Strong English communication skills are mandatory
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts
