➢ Experience: 5+ Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and lead daily operations in punching/press parts
manufacturing
• Drive quality control and ensure targets are not just met, but
exceeded
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with speed
and precision
• Continuously optimize processes to boost productivity and
efficiency
Required Skills:
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge with hands-on shop
floor experience
• Expertise in quality assurance and productivity optimization
• Sharp analytical thinking and a natural problem-solver’s mindset
• Solid communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively
