Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers.

Handle inbound queries professionally.

Maintain client database and follow-up records.

Communicate product/service information effectively.

Achieve daily and monthly targets for calling and lead generation.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation required.

Good verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confidence and persuasive communication ability.
