Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales Executive
Onboard new customers and promote our app/products/services.
Execute field-level marketing strategies to drive conversions.
Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.

2. Team Leader
Manage a team of field sales executives.
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
Assist in achieving collective and individual targets.

3. City Manager
Oversee all sales operations within a city.
Build and lead high-performing teams.

4. State Sales Head
Develop and execute state-level sales strategies.
Lead multiple city teams and managers.
Ensure revenue and growth targets are met.

Requirements:
Good Communication Skills (mandatory)
Experience in Sales (preferred)
