Job Description

We are currently hiring for the following positions in Chandigarh, Ropar, Kurali, Balachaur, kiratpur : Executive, Sr. Executive, and Assistant Manager. These are full-time, on-roll roles.

We are seeking candidates who are graduates or postgraduates, with a preference for those who have experience in the General Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities for these roles include:
* Recruiting General Insurance Advisors/Agents.
* Developing and executing monthly business plans to achieve performance goals.
* Providing product training to Advisors/Agents.
* Motivating the team to drive sales and enhance customer service.
* Explaining company products and providing necessary documentation to clients.
* Nurturing the team’s potential to ensure individual target achievement.
* Generating new business in motor and other non-motor insurance sectors.
* Appointing and onboarding new Advisors/Agents to expand business reach.

The successful candidates will possess strong communication skills. Salary will be commensurate with industry standards.

We will offers 19k salary in hand for fresher

And for Experience candidates in General insurance we can go upto 25k.

Fuel expenses and incentive is Extra.
