Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Promote and sell travel packages (group tours, fixed departures, custom itineraries).
Share itinerary details, pricing, and inclusions clearly with clients.
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with operations and transport teams for smooth departures.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay updated with new destinations, offers, and competitor trends.
