💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & location)
🕘 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (depending on company requirements)
👔 Employment Type: Full-Time Work from Office

📌 Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.
– Focus on hiring for Blue Collar/Non-IT roles (delivery staff, warehouse workers, field executives, etc.).
– Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
– Collaborate with hiring teams to meet staffing demands efficiently and on time.

🔍 Requirements:
– 0–5 years of experience in recruitment.
– Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
– Prior experience in Manufacturing, logistics or e-commerce hiring is a strong plus.
– Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment.

📍 Locations: Open roles across multiple cities in North India. (Jaipur, Bhiwadi, Noida, Delhi, Sonipat, Ballabhgarh, Binola, Ludhiyana, Chandigarh, Faridabad, Palwal) etc.
