Job Title: IT Sales Associate

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Job Type: Full-Time/Part time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Associate to drive sales growth from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT products/services, and a proven ability to close B2B deals.

IT Infrastructure Services (Networking, data security, hardware solutions)

Digital Transformation Solutions

Website Development & Maintenance

UI/UX Design Services

Technical Consulting and Support

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients via LinkedIn, directories, job boards, and other channels

Qualify leads based on business fit and decision-making capacity

Maintain and nurture a leads pipeline using CRM

2. Client Engagement:

Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and outreach to generate interest

Schedule discovery calls and understand client pain points

Build trust-based relationships to position suitable IT solutions

3. Solution Selling & Presentations:

Collaborate with technical teams to design proposals and demos

Present service capabilities aligned with client business goals

Handle objections and provide consultative sales support

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Ensure proper documentation and onboarding after deal confirmation

Handoff to delivery team while maintaining post-sale communication

5. Reporting & Analysis:

Track leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM

Provide weekly sales reports and performance analytics

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in IT sales or business development

Strong understanding of tech services and digital products

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in international IT sales (e.g., US, UK, Gulf markets)

Familiarity with B2B SaaS or custom software selling

Technical background or understanding of development lifecycles
