Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls:
Telecallers proactively reach out to potential customers to promote products, services, or generate leads.
Handling inbound calls:
They answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues over the phone.
Generating leads:
Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company’s offerings.
Providing information:
Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and other details to potential customers.
Building rapport:
Establishing positive relationships with customers to foster trust and confidence.
Following up with leads:
Keeping track of customer interactions and following up to ensure they are satisfied and progress towards a sale.
Maintaining accurate records:
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Meeting sales targets:
Contributing to the team’s sales goals and performance.
